I went with my credit union to finance and he seemed really crushed about it, and tried to pursued me after I already had my checks in hand. And he came on VERY strong and basically would not take no for an answer for all the "dealer add-ons". Not for a single moment did he make us feel pressured or like we had to buy a vehicle. Instead, he made us feel like the decision was completely ours, and he was simply there to help us find the right vehicle for our needs. He treated us like family from the very beginning. He listened carefully, answered every question honestly, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Experiences like this create lifelong customers. Even though we didn't purchase a vehicle this time, Jared made us feel welcome enough that we would gladly come back and work with him again in the future. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have the vehicle we were looking for-a Dodge Passenger Van 3500 Medium Roof. Even though they couldn't sell us a vehicle that day, Jared told us he would continue looking, stay in touch by phone and email, and check in with us from time to time in case one became available.
