We had a great experience at Castle Cars of Naperville! Low pressure, friendly courteous staff and they went above and beyond what was expected to get us the car we wanted! Tony took very good care of us! He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about our vehicle, or would quickly find the answer for us. He helped us get everything set up on our car, explained everything to us and made sure our phones were paired to our new car before we left the lot. That was huge for us since I am not tech- savvy and my phone is old! We would definitely use them again for a car purchase in the future!

Overall, I have to say for a dealership Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Naperville isn't bad, but they are far from perfect though. I bought a new Rubicon back in 2025 and the sales person was good and attentive and not pushy which I appreciated. I wasn't a fan of some of the younger management nor the finance guys because they just gave me even more shady lame car salesman vibes like they always do. Trying to shake you down and squeeze you just a little more just before go. Probably the wrap up for the sale was the most annoying part of the experience. It dragged ass and took for ever. From printer issues, network issues, things not lining up from the sales agents add-ons/pricing or promises etc. Thankfully, I don't typically buy new cars all too often to have to put up and deal with it. I'll just choke it up to they were having an off-day when I went.
I love my Rubicon and I have to say the service department is pretty good. It's always a nice treat when they run your car through the car wash. I generally have no issue getting in and getting out of there. One nice thing to note if you are taking your car in for service and it is going to be a while there is a good BBQ place across the street for food and a short walk from Noon Whistle Brewery if you wanna chill and have a few beers while you wait. I personally hate sitting in the waiting room because I feel like I'm swimming in the middle of the ocean with sales shakes all around me coming up to me taking little bites asking if someone is helping me or if I am looking to trade in, or "what brings you in here?". LOL I get it I do.
I think there is always room for improvement when it comes to dealerships and as long as Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Naperville keeps striving to provide good customer service and just continues to TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family or come back for my next new Wrangler.

Norberto(Berto) Mendoza was outstanding in his knowledge of Jeep product and very accommodating to all are request and questions. Very easy going and gave us space and time to make our decision. I had issues with the shock absorbers on my 21 Wrangler so I contacted my service advisor, Joe Bennish. Joe quickly scheduled an appointment to evaluate my vehicle and following that ordered the necessary parts and upon their arrival scheduled my service. He kept me apprised of the progress throughout this process and had the repairs completed flawlessly. I highly recommend Joe and Castle CDJR.

I had a Pacifica that I loved and had for 81k miles. It had a check engine light come on and some bad symptoms so I brought it in. The service team was fast and honest with me about how much it was going to cost to repair it. Then Katie J from their sales team stepped in and offered to buy my van even though it was broken! She got me a really good price for it and helped walked me through all the steps to get it taken back. She made the whole process painless and actually really comforting. If you have anyone that needs help with selling a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram she is your best bet!! She will be honest, fair and fast! Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Great service from Cassie Anderson KBB agent! We recently sold a used Nissan Rogue to Castle Naperville. We had scouted around at several other area dealerships and were getting low-ball offers. On KBB (Kelley Blue Book) there is a service to give an online price quote and direct owners to regional area dealerships who may potentially want to buy their cars. KBB gave us a much better online quote than the others we were getting. Moreover, when we were contacted by Cassie Anderson of Castle Naperville, she improved substantially on the KBB quote and finally gave us a number we felt was fair for the condition and value of our car. Cassie is the dedicated KBB agent and handles incoming requests to sell cars that come through KBB. We made an appointment with her and when we came in Cassie was gracious, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the whole sales process. She inspected the car thoroughly and test drove it, and then stood by the offer and quote she had made before we came in - no bait and switch, no pressure at all. We sold the car and got our check about a week later as discussed. All in all a very satisfactory process and we highly recommend this dealership and Cassie to other potential sellers.
